CNM Natural Chef has been awarded the ICSA certification from the Independent Cookery School Association!
The ICSA is the only independent, non-for-profit, regulatory body for cookery schools in the UK, and we are thrilled to announce we have received a glowing report on our teaching standards and facilities at CNM.

ICSA accreditation is only awarded if consistency is achieved, recognising the establishment as a ‘Greatest British Cookery School’ institution. Consistency and excellence in cookery skills and training is at the heart of the ICSA along with sustainability, seasonality, animal welfare, teaching standards, ethics and single use plastic-free kitchens.
