Our Natural Chef’s cook using clean ingredients, come and see the kinds of ingredients used by professionals, view our cooks in action and taste the amazing products coming out of the Natural Chef kitchen while you shop. Don’t forget to bring your own jute bag!


Natural Chef Workshops and Demonstrations

Taste the beautiful flavours created by our Natural Chefs, and have a tour of the Natural Chef kitchen. Learn natural chef skills and experience Natural Culinary Arts

11am Fermentation

Increase gut health by making food that contains more probiotics than store bought supplements. Learn the culinary herbs that enhance their effect.

12midday Sprouting and smoothies

Sprouted microgreens have more nutrition than fully grown fruits and vegetables. Learn how to grow and use these nutritional powerhouses in your daily diet.

3pm Zero waste cooking

Make food last longer and reduce your weekly food shop by learning to utilise every part of food in your cooking.

4pm Wild Cooking

Wild foods are potent antioxidants, learn to find, clean and prepare freely growing foods in your home and garden.

CNM Natural Chef students are taught to prepare delicious gourmet meals that focus on nutritional value. Whole, organic, fresh, and minimally-processed foods are procured in season. As no single dietary regime is appropriate for everyone, we teach how individualised food can enhance health. Learn to cook food that is eco-friendly, zero waste, natural, organic, ethical and exquisitely delicious.
