Sara Zeyad Borley
Natural Chef Course Director
Qualifications: B.Sc., MSc Culinary Innovation Management Le Cordon Blue and Birkbeck University. CNM Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition
Background: After a career as a professional chef, including a 5* London Hotel, Sara’s journey with CNM began when she sought an understanding of the role of food in health. She obtained a Nutritional Therapy Diploma which enabled her to combine her culinary skills with an understanding of how ingredients can be used for health and therapeutic benefits; food can be both a delightful experience and a nutritious & healing one at the same time. Sara has travelled to many countries to learn about global cuisines and is currently developing her own recipes. She holds a Le Cordon Blue MSc Culinary Innovation Management Degree.

Adria Wu
Natural Chef Lecturer
Qualifications: Trained Natural Chef
Background: Canadian-born Adria Wu is the founder and chef behind Maple & Co, a successful chain of health-focused cafes, one of which is housed in CNM London. Adria’s cooking influences extend well beyond her native Canada, however, as she’s worked and travelled across the world. She’s always had an insatiable hunger for cooking which was the driving force to her leaving the corporate world to study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Maple & Co. has been named by TimeOut as “One of London’s Best Healthy Eateries” and has also been featured in The Telegraph, The Times and Conde Nast Traveler. Adria is also a resident chef and presenter on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.

Beth English Myers
Natural Chef Lecturer
Qualifications: CNM diplomas in Naturopathic Nutrition and Naturopathy
Background: Beth’s happy place is the kitchen, cooking up a storm. Blending Nutritional Therapy with Natural Chef principles is the recipe for success in Beth’s cookbook. Beth’s culinary studies began over 20 years ago when a foray into macrobiotic cooking instigated the desire to learn as much as possible about a variety of different cooking practices and “food as medicine.” Over the years Beth has loved learning how to create a wide-reaching range of nutrient savvy dishes from superfood salads and kombucha to dahls and gluten-free doughnuts. A graduate of CNM, Beth lectures at the College, runs cookery workshops and works with private and corporate clients. Beth also co-hosts the podcast Brains & Bellies. Originally from New York, Beth moved to London with her husband in 2004. Two decades of growing roots in England, two teenage boys and a tween daughter have all given Beth the opportunity to continuously practice her skills and keep learning… every day!

Stéphanie Cruchandeau
Natural Chef Lecturer
Qualifications: Trained Natural Chef, and herbalist
Background: Stéphanie is an experienced private chef and culinary teacher specialising in wholefoods and plant-based cooking. Inspired by the true healing benefits of seasonal food, she views food as medicine and as a delicious opportunity to nourish and teaches culinary skills which help people (re)connect with food. Over the years working as a freelance chef, she’s had the opportunity to work with retreat organisers, festivals, individuals, and businesses to cook, lead wellness events, write recipes, deliver courses and talks.

Åsa Linea Simonsson
Natural Chef Lecturer
Qualifications: Trained Natural Chef, CNM Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition
Background: Asa has over 20 years’ experience in the medical and healthcare industries and is passionate about inspiring people to improve their health through nutrition. She started her career as a nurse around twenty-five years ago in Sweden, moving to England in her twenties to start a business selling natural organic health and beauty products. Asa now runs Linéa Nutrition. She’s a fermentation specialist and is the author of the winner of ‘Best Fermentation Book UK’ in the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, ‘Fermentation: How to make your own sauerkraut, kimchi, brine pickles, kefir, kombucha, vegan dairy, and more.’

Nadia Brydon
Natural Chef Lecturer
Qualifications: Vegan Natural Chef, Naturopath, Nutritionist, Homeopath, Herbalist, Acupuncturist
Background: Nadia has qualifications in Western Herbal Medicine, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Bowen Therapy, Iridology, Vodder Lymph Drainage Massage, sports injuries and Ayurvedic Massage Therapy. She is presently completing her training in Ho Homeopathy. In addition she qualified in Florida as an Hippocrates Health Educator and in California as an Associate Raw and Living Food Chef and Instructor.

Laurette Gavin
Natural Chef Lecturer
Qualifications: Trained Vegan Natural Chef
Background:Lauretta Gavin is a performer, writer, and part of an acclaimed comedy double act with her sister Sharon. Together, the sisters have appeared in numerous TV and stage productions. Their journey into wellness began after Sharon’s diagnosis with a rare autoimmune disease, which inspired the sisters to adopt a plant-based lifestyle and explore the power of nutrition. Lauretta retrained as a Natural Vegan Chef, and their shared transformation led to the creation of The Detox Barn, their award-winning wellness retreat. This was followed by the launch of their first product, Funki Coffee, and their popular podcast, The Gavin Sisters Wellness Show, where they bring honesty, humour, and heart to conversations about wellbeing, midlife, and transformation.
Today, Lauretta combines her creative background with her passion for health, proving that laughter and lifestyle can go hand in hand in creating a vibrant, fulfilling life.

Oliver Pratt
Natural Chef Online Tutor
Qualifications: CNM diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition
Background: Oliver is an experienced culinary educator and food pioneer with over 30 years’ experience in the kitchen. From running his own local catering service as a teen to leading the award-winning kitchen at Bristol’s Watershed, where he developed and delivered the ‘Plot to Plate Ethos’ pioneering local, ethical, and sustainable food that was nutritious, delicious, and commercially profitable. Oliver brings a unique blend of professional cooking, nutrition-focused dishes, and mentoring to his role.
Oliver has presented cookery demonstrations, foraging walks and talks, and cooked live on BBC Radio with Sheila Dillon on The Food Programme. More recently, Oliver plays a key role at Combe Grove, the UK’s first metabolic health centre, designing and facilitating immersive retreats centred around nutrition and leading on live cooking workshops.
With a deep belief in food as medicine and a passion for seasonal, ethical, and whole food education, Oliver brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm to his role as an online tutor – sharing his experience to inspire the next generation of natural chefs.

Matt Inwood
Photographer, Phone Photography Teacher and Designer
Qualifications: BFA (Fine and Studio Arts)
Background: Twenty years as a designer and art director has given Matt the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people working in food and publishing. From world-renowned chefs, such as Tom Kerridge, Jason Atherton, Claire Clark, and Philip Howard, to some of the most well-respected and talented food writers around. He has worked with some of the world’s largest food brands, from MasterChef to Marmite, and with some of the best food photographers in the business, including David Loftus and Jean Cazals. Phone photography and Instagram became a specialism. He is self-taught on both the phone camera and DSLR camera and has for the last five years been producing photography for a wide range of clients in hospitality and beyond. He teaches photography workshops to help business owners and keen creators learn the core skills of photography and how to get the most from their phones.

Bobby Qureshi
Director of Education
Qualifications: Masters of Osteopathy. CNM diplomas in Naturopathic Nutrition and Naturopathy
Background: Bobby oversees the college’s diverse educational functions, which includes the writing and development of numerous courses and lectures. In addition, Bobby lectures on Biomedicine and Naturopathy, and has previously lectured and examined musculoskeletal medicine at Master’s degree level.
Bobby has obtained a wealth of clinical experience in many UK-based practices and has also volunteered his specialist skills overseas in Kenya, India, St Lucia, and the Philippines. Bobby is deeply passionate about providing as many people as possible with natural solutions to their health concerns, which is reflected in his achievements to combine work in clinic and education.

Dee Clough
Naturopathy Course Director
Qualifications: MHSc (Herbal Medicine); BHSc (Complementary Medicine) Australia
Background: Dee has been working with the CNM academic faculty since 2017, teaching in Nutrition and Naturopathy subjects, working with content development, and overseeing the Naturopathy course in her role as online course tutor and most recently, Naturopathy Course Director. Dee’s qualifications combine Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, and Nutrition and in addition to clinical practice, she has previously taught at colleges in Australia and NZ educating in a range of subjects across these disciplines.
