We are looking for a talented person to fill our Student Recruitment role, with the main purpose of growing the business and enrol more students. To support our continued international expansion, The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) is recruiting an Italian-speaking Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in London.

We are looking for an all-round, highly proactive and creative Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing. You will play an important role in promoting the CNM brand across all marketing channels.

You will help our team to build brand awareness in international markets and support CNM’s reputation as the top training provider in its niche.

Core responsibilities:

The role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Business Development in Italy. Partnerships:

Find and fully manage partnerships, prepare visuals and write copy for cross-promotional campaigns.

2. Influencers:

  • Monitoring the performance, adjusting campaigns to optimise its performance.
  • Reporting the results of the campaigns weekly.
  • Liaising with the Accounts and key stakeholders for invoices, payments and budget approval.

3. Social Media Management:

  • Creating visuals and writing copy for the social media platforms (posts, stories, reels) in Italian and English for the accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Youtube.
  • Communicating with the audience, answering comments and direct messages.

4. Newsletters:

Creating and managing newsletters and email promotion campaigns about open events, special offers, health talks, etc. in Italian and English languages.

5. Website management:

  • Assisting with website content changes.
  • Liaising with the web-designer for website improvements.

6. Assisting the Head of the department and the Marketing Manager in creating visuals for events, writing copy, organizing integrated marketing campaigns, etc.

The ideal candidate:

  • Italian language is a mother tongue

To support our continued international expansion we are seeking an International Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

The role and responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Oversee the growth of international markets (new and existing) in terms of enquiries and resulting enrolments
  • Utilise our global network of students, graduates and contacts to establish our international brand
  • Oversee and execute a strong influencer program in all international markets
  • Source PR opportunities and advertising in target territories
  • Promote CNM to local communities and businesses
  • Leaflet the local and surrounding areas on a regular basis and promote CNM to local businesses and the general public
  • Communicate with Head Office to ensure open evenings are promoted effectively ahead of the date to ensure a high level of attendance

About The Role

CNM is currently looking for a productive and enthusiastic individual to fulfil a supporting role in a busy and dynamic environment in the Student Support Department.
