  • Taking payments from customers over the telephone
  • Processing and administering monthly payments
  • Data entry
  • Scanning and filing accounts documents
  • Assisting in the accounts department where necessary

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has attention to detail
  • Can work accurately
  • Has good telephone manners and can speak English perfectly
  • Must be a good team player, orderly and responsible.
  • The ideal person would have an interest in accounts (accounting), for example studying towards AAT qualification.
