Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring advice.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.

- Assist in managing freelance contracts and tracking.
- Support the HR & Recruitment Administrator with various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding and other HR activities.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, organise workload, and meet deadlines effectively.

About The Role
CNM is currently looking for a productive and enthusiastic individual to fulfil a supporting role in a busy and dynamic environment in the Student Support Department.
The ideal candidate would have excellent written and spoken communication in English and Italian and a friendly and supportive manner by e-mail and phone.

- Assisting in the accounts department where necessary
