Radiant Reset Green Detox Smoothie

A naturopath-designed detox smoothie that supports digestion, liver pathways, hydration, blood sugar balance and micronutrient status – all while tasting fresh, clean and genuinely delicious. Every ingredient is purposeful yet gentle, chosen to benefit a wide range of people.

Ingredients

  • 20 g SUCSEED Gut Health or Immunity ideal for a January reset
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ¼–½ small courgette chopped
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ½ stick celery
  • ½ green apple chopped
  • ½ small ripe pear or ¼ banana
  • ½ small avocado
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • Small handful fresh parsley or mint
  • 200–250ml cold filtered water
  • Optional: 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and vibrant.
  • Adjust with extra lemon for brightness or more water for lightness.
  • Pour and drink immediately to maximise nutrient integrity.
