What date did you graduate?

Our final was August 2021, graduation was March 2022.

What did you do before studying at CNM?

I had just dropped out of art school.

What made you want to become a Natural or Vegan Natural Chef?

I was a vegan with an interest in cooking and nutrition and found this course to be the perfect combination.

What attracted you to CNM’s Natural or Vegan Natural Chef course?

The fact that it specialised in vegan food which i couldn’t find elsewhere. And as I said above, combining nutrition and cooking and implanting the nutrition learnt into what we cooked.

Have you studied in person in London or online (if online, where from)?

I was studying in London, however due to covid, completed many lectures online.

What did you enjoy most about the course?

I enjoyed the range of modules and with that, selection of tutors. It’s great forming a community with people sharing your interests and on your ‘wavelength’. Also really enjoyed the internship.

How has studying the Natural Chef course changed your life?

It gave me the ability to become a chef which is now what i do full time.

What are you doing now that you are qualified?

I’m currently a freelance chef, but since I have been a retreat chef and worked in restaurants. Now I’m still in a restaurant as well as do catering and various jobs with a couple solo jobs coming up.

What do you love about being a Natural Chef?

I like that my work carries my morals and interests personally. I can take the things that I enjoyed during the course into my work practice everyday.
