  • 1 Apple with skin no pips rough chopped
  • 1 Celery stick rough chopped
  • 1/2 Avocado peeled and chopped
  • 125 g Frozen peas
  • 150 g Broccoli sprouts
  • 250 ml Filtered water
  • 1 Juice of lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Put chunkier ingredients in the blender first, blend together then add liquid ingredients till the drink is a smooth yet thick consistency.
  • Enjoy alone or over ice.
