What did you do before studying at CNM?
Immediately prior to CNM, I was a full time mum. And prior to that, I was a TV presenter and had my own business.
What made you want to become a Natural or Vegan Natural Chef?
I’ve almost finished my nutrition diploma and I wanted to take my learning and sharing that one step further so I started the chef course so I can better help and equip my clients with nutritious recipes that are easy, and fun to make. I love cooking! But after starting the Natural Chef course, I’ve fallen in love with it even more due to all the various tips, techniques and recipes we’ve learned – not to mention their health benefits.
What attracted you to CNM’s Natural or Vegan Natural Chef course?
The way the course is broken down with the different modules. After each class, we’re super excited for the next class. We’ve covered so many amazing things from making our own milk, to easy recipes for our families, to delicious juices and broths and also, how to take fabulous photos of our recipes to share on social media, websites or of course, future cook books.
What are you enjoying the most about the course?
The people I’ve met and the variety of teachers each bring their incredible knowledge and recipes.
What do you love about being a Natural Chef?
The creativity and deliciousness that i can bring to health and wellness.
