Simple Spiced Overnight Oats with Gut Health Boost

Ingredients

Base: night before:

  • 50 g rolled oats – slow-release carbs for steady morning energy.
  • 150 ml plant-based milk of choice – gentle on digestion & helps keep you feeling satisfied for longer
  • 20 g Sucseed Gut Health – superblend of seeds and botanicals including flax chia, dandelion and chamomile - adds plant protein, fibre and phytonutrients to nourish digestion.
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon – balances blood sugar for steady energy.
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom – aromatic spice to ease bloating.
  • small pinch of salt – enhances flavour and supports hydration balance.

Morning Toppers:

  • Seasonal berries - blackberries, blueberries, or raspberries – antioxidants + polyphenols that support the gut microbiome.
  • Extra sprinkle of Sucseed Gut Health – adds crunch, omega fats, and an extra fibre boost.
  • Optional pinch of chilli flakes – gentle heat to stimulate metabolism.

Instructions

  • Mix everything in a jar, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Add toppings of your choice and serve.
