Boil the kettle with your filtered water, and brew a cup of camomile tea with 250ml filtered water
Grate the fresh ginger into the brew and leave to cool (in a teapot is best but with a plate on top of a mug will do!). If you have time, chill overnight, but 2-3 hours in the fridge will be enough
Once the tea and ginger are infused, pour into two glasses, topping with 100ml of sparkling water and 25ml ACV per glass. Add sweetener of your choice to taste if desired
To serve, add half the frozen pomegranate seeds to each brew, and a sprig of fresh thyme, stirring well to mix.
